2014 Senate Races

As you know unless you have been living in a cave for the past six months, there is an election on November 4th. I am going to try my hand in predicting the winners and losers in states that are competitive. The states for discussion are Alaska,Colorado,Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, New Hampshire,Arkansas, South Dakota, Mississippi, and West Virginia.

The principle I use to make my predictions is based on studies I have done in the past about Senate and Governor races. I have studied over 1500 races over the year and have made the following conclusions. If the incumbent is under 50% in a two person race, with 2 weeks to go or less, he loses 90% of the time.  The reasoning for this is that generally the undecided breaks for the challenger.

The exception to that is if a candidate has a greater than a 10% lead. As an example, the first race I am going to discuss is Mississippi. Thad Cochran (R) leads Travis Childers (D) 44-31. Cochran came through a bruising primary battle with allegations of voter fraud being raised against him by his primary opponent. Childers will not be able to close the gap.

West Virginia: is another interesting state. Super authoritarian Jay Rockefeller(D) has decided to not seek another term. The GOP candidate Shirley Capito has a huge 53-36 over the Democrat. This state will go R.

Arkansas: the challenger, Tom Cotton has a 46-41 over Mark Pyror the Democrat incumbent. This state will go R.

South Dakota: the Republican Mike Rounds has a comfortable lead 38-28-22 lead over the D and I candidate. The I candidate is former Senator Larry Pressler who once was a Republican, but has since left the party. This state will go R.

Alaska Republican Dan Sullivan holds a 47-43 lead over incumbent Mark Begich. Begich was lucky enough in 2008 to run and be swept in on Obama's coat tails in 2008. This will not happen this time as this state goes R.

Colorado: Cory Gardner has a 46-43 The incumbent, Mark Udall is running a text book bad campaign. He has focused on one issue only, women's rights. This issue is low on the priorities of voters and does not seem to be playing well.  This state goes R.

Georgia: this is an open seat, but with the presence of a Libertarian candidate in the race, a runoff will be forced as state law requires the winner to have 50% of the vote. Purdue tails Nunn 45-44, but is a heavy favorite to get the bulk of the Libertarian vote in a two person race. This state goes R in the January runoff. Georgia requires 50%+1 to win a statewide election.

Iowa : this is an open seat also, but the Republican candidate leads 47-45 and the GOP has had much stronger early voter turnout than in past years. This state goes R.

Kansas It looks like for the first time since 1932 a Democrat, pretending he is an Independent, will prevail over the incumbent. Roberts has had problems all through out this campaign. Orman is well funded and poised to help the Democrat Party try to keep control of the Senate. They are currently tied 45-45. This state goes D.
. Kentucky this means the GOP will be picking a new Majority or Minority leader. McConnell leads his opponent 46-42, but Grimes, his opponent despite the Democrat Senate Committee pulling funding for her still has over four million dollars to spend. This state goes D.

New Hampshire: Has Jeanne Shaheen turned victory into defeat? She had Scott Brown absolutely buried a few months a ago, but has let him back in the race. She hurt herself badly in the debates when she would not even admit she voted for Obama when he ran for President. She leads Brown 48.4-46.6. This state goes R.

Louisiana : The incumbent Senator (Landrieu) (D) trails the challenger (R) Cassidy 48-43. The only thing Landrieu has going for her is her state also requires a 50%+1 to win a statewide election. The only factor keeping Cassidy from winning on November 4th is another Republican running and getting about 10% of the vote. Come January, Landrieu is out of luck. This state goes R.

Feel free to comment on my picks or maybe make your own ones. Don't get too excited though, even with the GOP in control of both houses, nothing will change. Obamacare is here to stay, and it is a fantasy to think Obama will be impeached.

The End Game

A fascinating part of a game is what is commonly referred to as the end game. The authoritarian regime in this country and for that matter through out the world views what they are doing to honest, law abiding citizens as a game. They are doing their best to divide us up using religion, race, our security, and now the fear of disease. If you think about it, their preference for Islam over all other religions is not surprising. It is a very authoritarian religion which deals with its enemies (real and perceived) harshly. The race issue has been reduced to the point of absurdity. Take the man from Liberia who lied to customs officials about his health. The story being spread by the authoritarian media is that his fiance helped him pay for the ticket? Is this true or perhaps did a group of authoritarians pay for the ticket to further their cause. They claim he died because he was black (race), did not have insurance (Obamacare), and was poor. Was it America's fault that he a) lied to authorities when they asked about his health and b) he had not bought health insurance in Liberia? Had he told the truth the first time, he would have received medical care on the US taxpayers dime. Through out the world, people have been caving to radical Islam. Radical Islam may seem like a redundant term, I realize, but here is a sample of the sick cave ins. At the Minneapolis Air Port, they have special foot baths that are made for them. At various Subway shops, pork is not allowed. At certain KFC's you can use alcohol hand cleaners as it would offend the followers of Allah. People buckle to them because they realize that retribution will be swift and severe if their orders are not followed. Ironically, many of the non Islams who sing their praises would be beheaded or stoned if Islam ever ruled the world. Do the radical feminists who support Islam think they will be somehow exempt for wear a burka? They talk about the GOP "War on Women" and give a religion who kills rape victims a pass. I am sure you have noticed that authoritarian or state-run media is going crazy about the handful of mental defectives who have left America to join ISIS. This is by design, not by newsworthiness. They want the Americans looking under their bed for these evil guys, who the USA has already supported in at least 3 countries, Libya, Egypt, and Syria. Not have we supported them with words, but with money, arms, and training. The regime whose motto is "Never let a good crisis go to waste," will be planning some type of false flag operation to speed up what their final goal is. They might even say, that terrorists infected with Ebola have been sent into the country. They could stage an attack. Who knows what their execution will be? They will all look sad if they gain their goal, 1)Suspended elections 2)Confiscation of guns 3) Suspended Constitution, and 4)finally of course, Martial Law. The American public has already shown they will put up with martial law. When "Martial Law Lite" was declared in the Boston area when they were hunting down a supposed teen age bomber, people applauded the police and called them heroes. This was not so long after they had been ordered out their homes at gun point. Just keep the TV running, the sports going, some jobs that can be paid in our fiat currency and the public will allow almost anything. Time to wake up, fun and games are over.

Ebola and ISIS: What is the real story?

It should be apparent to anyone with a head  on their shoulders that the current regime is manufacturing a potential chance to declare martial law by their handling of the Ebola and ISIS crises. The solution to the Ebola problem, or at least something that would help control the Ebola problem is pretty simply. First, ban all flights from West Africa. This is not a 100% solution as people can bounce around from one flight to another, but it would be a start. Second, check the visitors passport. Wrong country, your options are 21 days in quarantine or you get to leave on the first plane back. Again, not a 100% solution, but a good start. I realize they are claiming they are taking temperatures of people coming off the flights, but do you really trust the typical TSA worker? From personal experience, I trust them as far as I can throw them.

It is extremely hard to catch Ebola. It is not airborne, rather it spreads more like AIDS, contact with bodily fluids, use of shared needles etc. See the CDC for more information. website http://www.cdc.gov/vhf/ebola/transmission/

The Mainstream media following the lead of the regime has now made a huge issue of a few Americans going overseas to fight with ISIS. Why is even newsworthy? We certainly had more people leave America to fight with the Nazi's and the Japanese in WWII and these acts did not get the hysterical coverage that we are seeing today. Keep in mind we funded ISIS, trained ISIS, and now arm ISIS.

So what is the regimes endgame? The motto of this regime is and always has been, never let a good crisis go to waste. They are attempting to install fear in the citizenry of this country. They want to start out with a "martial law lite" much as we saw in the hysteria of the Boston bombings. They will promise that this will only go on until the "emergency" is taken care of. The "Ebola crisis" and the "threat of attack from ISIS" are simply opening moves in a massive false flag operation that will make the Gleiwitz Incident done by the Nazi's as a pretext to invade Poland seem like child's play. As the fear of Ebola is in play right now, the regime will need to stage a false flag attack supposedly by ISIS to seal the deal for total martial law. The attack will be costly in terms of lives. It will make 911 look like a love tap. Now the regime will be able to declare martial law. What could this mean to the average citizen? 1) Suspension of the Constitution 2) Confiscation of all guns 3) Freezing of bank accounts and safety deposit boxes and 4) FEMA camps opened for our "safety."  Hopefully the regime will be stopped before this current situation gets out of control.

No More Protect and Serve. Now Us vs Them.

The prevailing attitude of the police in America today is that we are the terrorists. Instead of "Protect and Serve", the new motto is "Us vs Them".
Police departments seem to be recruiting the type of people who love the uniform and the power. With the advent of the militarization of the police, we see a lot more cases of police killing anyone or anything they can. Dog killings are on the rise as are people being killed. The Federal Government is guilty of contributing to this new LEO attitude as they provide cities and towns with all sorts of military equipment including MRAPs, and M-16s.http://www.nytimes.com/2011/12/04/sunday-review/have-american-police-become-militarized.html?

The job of the police has become one of revenue raisers for the masters that they serve, rather than protecting and serving the law abiding public. Look to the huge increase in so called "civil forfeitures" where police with no evidence of anything seize the cash of people who are traveling. They simply claim they "knew" the money was a result of a drug deal or was going to be used for drugs. Corrupt judges and prosecutors collude to make the seizure legal. It happens everyday.

On a more local front, the police in Carbondale are out of control. They have no interest in solving serious crimes, but as their main functions are  fundraising for a corrupt city government or acting when needed as enforcers for the corrupt city government, it does not leave a lot of time for solving murders. Anyway, no money in murders, I mean we might miss a seat belt ticket. The firing of the former police chief was a good start, the department under him was little more than goons with guns. We shall see if the people who run Carbondale will put in a person who understands community policing, or will put in another corrupt thug like the old chief.

More Illinois Tricks

The Illinois Right to Vote Amendment is on the November 4, 2014 ballot in Illinois as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. The measure would provide that no person shall be denied the right to register to vote or cast a ballot in an election based on race, color, ethnicity, language, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation or income. I am voting NO on this amendment. The reason for my NO vote is that these rights are already assured under the Constitution.

Shall the minimum wage in Illinois for adults over the age of 18 be raised to $10 per hour by January 1, 2015? I am voting NO on this proposal. Illinois is already last in the nation in job creations and this proposal will only make sure Illinois stays that way. The purpose of this vote is not to help the less fortunate(it does not), it helps big labor. The real purpose of the this issue and the one that essentially repeats federal law is to get the Zombie vote out.

Should the Illinois Constitution be amended to require that each school district receive additional revenue, based on their number of students, from an additional 3% tax on income greater than one million dollars? This is another device to get the Zombies out to vote. I am voting NO. Millionaires already pay a huge percentage of taxes. Making millionaires pay more will not improve my life. If you really believe the money is going to education as promised, then remember the lottery and other forms of gambling that was supposed to go to education. Not a chance, just more money for the gangsters who run this state to hand out to their friends.

Shall any health insurance plan in Illinois that provides prescription drug coverage be required to include prescription birth control as part of that coverage? I am voting NO on this. 1st it will not pass Constitutional muster afterSebelius v. Hobby Lobby and then Little Lisa Madigan can blow millions of dollars arguing and losing in the Supreme Court. 2nd, no one is being denied BC, you simply have to buy it yourself like most things in life.

There is a simple reason behind why these Amendments and Advisory Opinions are on the ballot. The Gangsters who currently run Illinois and treat it as their own piggy bank are concerned that they could lose their 2nd in command, Don Pat Quinn if they are unable to steal enough votes. This would be slightly slow up their criminal activities. Don Michael Madigan and his daughter Little Lisa Madigan would be left alone to rule the State. This proposals with the exception of the Amendment would give more rights to criminal victims are designed to get the Zombie vote out in full force. Missing of course was the attempt to pass term limits and to take redistricting (at least theoretically) out of the hands of the party in power.

So who is your favorite on American Idol?

When a friend of mine told me about this case, I laughed at him and told him he was crazy. Today, I am not laughing. So people, keep worrying about American Idol and sports. What we are seeing here is the State doing its best to destroy the Constitution. The case The Supreme Court agreed to hear is Salinas v Texas. Now just so people do not get confused, the issue here is not whether or not Salinas committed the crimes he was charged with and later convicted of. The issue is that when you are not under arrest, can your silence to questions be used as evidence to prove your guilt? Every right thinking American should recognize that you have a right to silence and you should not have to declare this to the police. More on this case will be coming.  http://www.scotusblog.com/2013/06/opinion-recap-if-you-want-to-claim-the-fifth/
